Our experience has been great. Chris helped us pick out reasonably-priced carpet and came the next day to measure the 4 rooms. He was great to work with, and we were happy that there would not be an additional charge for moving furniture. He scheduled installation for two weeks later, which was fine as we had to remove books from shelves, unload file
