Services
Carpet Tile Installation
Durable carpet tile solutions ideal for high-traffic commercial spaces. Our peel-and-stick options allow easy replacement of individual tiles without full floor renovation. Cushioned backing options protect fibers from wear while maintaining aesthetic appeal. We recommend low-pile tiles for offices and retail environments requiring frequent maintenance.
VCT Flooring
Cost-effective VCT installations for institutional and commercial settings. Our 1/8-inch thick tiles balance durability with moisture resistance, featuring waterproof cores that prevent subfloor damage. Ideal for gyms, schools, and high-traffic retail spaces requiring easy spill cleanup and long-term performance.
LVT Installation
Premium LVT flooring mimicking natural stone and hardwood aesthetics with enhanced durability. Our waterproof options resist moisture damage in homes with pets or children. Installation includes proper subfloor preparation to prevent uneven surfaces and ensure lasting visual appeal across residential and commercial applications.
Subfloor Preparation
Comprehensive subfloor evaluation and remediation services ensuring optimal installation conditions. Our team conducts moisture and pH testing, addresses uneven surfaces, and applies appropriate underlayment. Proper preparation prevents future flooring issues while maintaining manufacturer warranty requirements for commercial and residential projects.
Maintenance Packages
Exclusive post-installation maintenance plans featuring eco-friendly dry cleaning with zero water usage. Services include deodorization, tile replacement, and wall base repairs. Packages require client-supplied replacement materials and are available only for floors previously installed by our certified technicians.
