Although Furman was skilled in installing various flooring materials, his passion was carpet installation.
He and his team of installers were leaders in the industry, providing custom installation services for Sears, local hotels, hospitals, and countless homes in Macon and surrounding areas.
Margaret ran the business end of things and assisted in the showroom while raising their two children, Kathy and Todd.
