Recently we had the whole place renovated because we needed to sell quickly in order to relocate.
The contractor we hired did not sand the floor well and applied a dark stain and it looked horrible.
They did not have the proper equipment nor the expertise, therefore the finish was streaked and uneven and roughly textured.
We thought they were ruined for sure, and that we would not be able to sell our place.
